Jorge Villa del Angel is a graduate of the National School of Plastic Arts, now the FAD, of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has a postgraduate degree on Modernities from UNAM. He obtained the CONACULTA Young Creators Scholarship during 2002 with the pictorial project called Infinite Painting (Pictured Three-Dimensional). He uses everyday objects such as punching bags, boxing gloves. etc., which intervene by generating new readings, turning them into sculptural objects.
