Barely fifty meters from the shore, Villa Abbondanza occupies a marvelous estate featuring green lawns and Mediterranean trees scattered between the bay and the sizeable canopied terrace. The latter offers a transit point between the peaceful gardens, the interiors designed by a renowned architect, and a magnificent patio decorated with a fountain. In the rooms, you will find parquet flooring, ceiling beams, and decidedly southern furniture in the living room, while the dining room’s decoration is more aristocratic. Fine contemporary paintings adorn the rooms. Artworks were chosen with discernment that also decorate the walls of the bedrooms: eight superb suites that share six bathrooms and enjoy privileged views of the azure waters. Silent, motionless perspectives, the fruits of a fiercely guarded nature. The race ending at Oristano is a reminder that Sardinia is one of the last places on Earth where one can still find wild horses.
