Tequila Cosmos collaborates with renowned artist Andrés Ciccone
The Venezuelan artist Andrés Ciccone, who, through his works, experiments with the visual possibilities of movement, space, and color, delights us by intervening three bottles of Tequila Cosmos Extra Añejo Cristalino.
The anatomy of the Tequila Cosmos bottle is the result of a concept that points in one direction: attention to detail. The funds raised from selling these bottles will be donated in support of the Mexican foundation, PRASAD.
About the Artist
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Andrés Ciccone takes inspiration from the kinetic and op-art movement taught him by his great Venezuelan masters. Eager to establish himself within the campaign, he attended the Academy of Art and Design in Caracas and, later on, the Academy of Art in Berlin, Germany, where he began his first artistic efforts experimenting with the visual possibilities of movement, space, and color on the same plane.
Ciccone continues his ambitious and challenging artistic research to create multidimensional experiences where the viewer’s perception is challenged through the movement of geometric shapes, rhythm, color, and balance. The artist currently lives between Lisbon and Berlin, and his presentation in Mexico was part of the activities of art week in Mexico City.
About the Foundation
The PRASAD Foundation was established 20 years ago in Mexico with the purpose of supporting people who wish to improve their quality of life. Through strategic alliances, campaigns, donations and volunteers with the Association to Prevent Blindness in Mexico (APEC), they have managed to operate and help more than 35,000 individuals in the country.
